This was probably the easiest transaction I’ve ever had with a tradesman. He turned up exactly when he said he would to take a look and give me the quote, and then followed up a day or two later with a message. He came over to do the work a few days later; professional and knowledgeable. We even had a chance to check his work a few days later when the heavens opened! Not a drop got through.
